Volunteer With Mustard Women

Travel to India and stay in a Rural Agricultural Village at the foot of the Majestic Himalaya!
We offer the unique experience of peaceful rural living and working with local Himachali women who make traditional Achar (pickles) and chutneys. Learn the art form by helping to procure our local fresh ingredients. Chop, peal, dry, cook, and jar each of our 9 one-of-a-kind flavors. Every variety requires about 10 days of preparations given weather and season. We do not produce in the monsoon months of July - Sept.
